Yes, at VUE Creekwood we provide landscaping and snow removal. During the summer months, we have contractors who take care of the common area lawns. We also have a Weed and Feed program.
In the wintertime, we will provide snow removal service right to your doorstep. We are hoping to provide a maintenance free lifestyle for our residents.
Absolutely, if you’re moving into VUE at Creekwood dogs and cats are allowed, provided you have received written approval from your building manager. Residents are allowed up to two pets with breed restrictions for dogs. We also require a successful meet and greet with any pets that are over 45lbs. You will be required to pay a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 per household. A monthly fee of $35.00 will also be applied.
Having a barbeque on your deck or patio requires written permission from your Building Manager. Please be aware that there may be some restrictions on the size of barbecue allowed.
VUE at Creekwood townhomes offer secured, attached garages with every townhome. Additional visitor parking can also be found in the complex.

The security deposit for all townhomes is $1,500.
Your minimum rent period is typically 12 months.
Leases are only available for the year or longer.
Yes, you will need tenant insurance. You are responsible for insuring your personal contents against damage, including glass and sewer back-up coverage. You are also required to have liability coverage (minimum of $1,000,000). A copy of your insurance coverage must be given to your manager upon occupancy of your townhome.
